RAISED RIDGE DORMER

A raised ridge dormer refers to the addition of a 2nd story constructed on a home without an existing staircase like a Ranch style house. Adding three to four bedrooms along with a Master bath with walk in closets is common on these style homes.

DORMER

A dormer adds extra living space to an existing 2nd floor of a home. Squaring off a pitched roof such as a cape, to make room for your growing family! Most Common we add 3-4 Bedrooms, Bathroom and laundry area.

EXTENSIONS

MOTHER / DAUGHTER CONVERSIONS

A mother/daughter is a house with two separate living areas (two kitchens, living rooms, bathrooms, etc.). These types of home extensions allow both parties to enjoy their own home in the same house.

IN-LAW SUITE

An in-law suite or apartment is a private space for in-laws and parents that is usually attached to or located within their grown child’s house. Many in-law suites are custom-built home additions, though converted garages, basements, and extensions are also common. These types of dwellings are also referred to as “mother-in-law” suites or granny apartments.
